Services

We provide programming consulting focused on application observability and diagnostics, including scoped projects and ongoing technical advisory. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a written statement of work or proposal accepted by both parties.

Inquiries

Submitting the website inquiry form does not create a contract. We may decline engagements that fall outside our expertise or capacity.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to systems, documentation, and stakeholders needed for the agreed scope. You remain responsible for production changes unless we explicitly operate under a separate managed mandate.

Fees and payment

Invoices are payable in Malaysian ringgit unless otherwise stated. Milestone invoices are due within fourteen calendar days of issue unless the statement of work specifies different terms. Late amounts may pause work after notice.

Confidentiality

Each party protects the other’s confidential information disclosed during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing materials remain with their owners. Deliverables created specifically for you under a paid scope transfer to you upon full payment unless the statement of work states otherwise. We may reuse general know-how that does not reveal your confidential details.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuching, Sarawak have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms for future engagements. The version on this site applies to new proposals after the review date below.
