We deliver fixed-scope engagements such as production readiness reviews, distributed tracing rollouts, log pipeline audits, and alert rationalisation. Each project opens with a written brief, success criteria, and milestone schedule agreed before work begins.
Typical deliverables include instrumentation recommendations, OpenTelemetry or vendor-neutral integration notes, dashboard sketches tied to user journeys, and runbooks your engineers can execute without our presence.
Ongoing technical advisory
Advisory blocks suit teams that need a senior observability practitioner on call for architecture questions, post-incident reviews, and pairing sessions during critical releases. Hours are prepaid monthly and consumed against documented time entries.
We do not operate a 24/7 incident desk or take production pager ownership unless explicitly scoped as a separate statement of work.
What we need from you
Read access to non-production environments at minimum, plus staging mirrors of logging and metrics paths where possible. Named technical contacts for platform, security, and application owners shorten discovery.
Fees and confirmation
Fees are quoted in Malaysian ringgit after we understand stack, traffic shape, and compliance constraints. Figures shared in proposals are starting estimates — not list prices on this page. Engagements are confirmed in writing before billable work starts.
